The Florida Run LEFTOVER Trail Race

Kick off summer with one of the most unique trail races in Central Florida! The LEFTOVER Trail Race at Lake Louisa State Park is a fun, laid-back trail running experience that celebrates the history of The Florida Run while keeping things sustainable.

Runners can choose between a 4-mile (1 loop) or 8-mile (2 loop) course that winds through the scenic trails of Lake Louisa State Park. The professionally timed race features beautiful Florida landscapes, well-marked trails, and a welcoming atmosphere for runners and walkers of all experience levels.

What makes this race special? Instead of letting extra race swag go to waste, participants receive “leftover” medals, shirts, and gear from past events, giving you a chance to claim a piece of Florida Run history while helping reduce event waste.

After crossing the finish line, stick around for a post-race celebration with food, drinks, live music, and awards for overall and age-group winners. Whether you’re chasing a fast finish or just enjoying a morning on the trails, The Florida Run LEFTOVER Trail Race is a perfect way to connect with the trail running community and start your summer strong.
